Pennsyvania State Police ad Honesdale have charged George Rober Doll with theft, recieveing stolen property and theft by failure to makke required disposition of funds recieved. Doll was working as a superintendent Henkles and McCoy, Inc. on the 300 pipeline project from Uniondale, Susquenhanna County through Wayne and Pike counties. Doll is alleged to have sold 61 steel plates that measured 8 feet by 20 feet by 1 inch steel road plates from teh project as his own to a scrap dealer. The plates are valued at $296,887. Doll was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
