On 12/27/2011 the New York State Police at Middletown arrested RIGOBERTO ARCE, age 59, of Sparrowbush, New York for one count of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, (Felony). The charge stems from and incident which occurred in October of 2010 involving a female juvenile.
RIGOBERTO ARCE was processed at the Middlletown Barracks and arraigned in the Town of Deerpark Justice Court where he was released on $7500.00 bail.
