The New York State Police BCI at Montgomery announce the arrest of Chelsea Rearick, for Rape in the second degree, a felonly. Rearick, age 23, lives at 1 Oakley Street, Montgomery,NY.
She is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 13 year old male acquaintance.
She was arraigned before Hon. Town Justice H. Mills in the Town of Montgomery Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash bail. Rearick is scheduled to re-appear in the Village of Montgomery Court on July 12, 2011, at 10:00 AM.
