LIBERTY, NY — Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Sullivan County will bring local food producers and consumers together for a Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) Fair on Sunday, February 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This free event is open to the public for those who wish to source locally produced food and value-added products. It will be held at the Gerald J. Skoda Extension Education Center on 64 Ferndale-Loomis Rd.
Guest speakers participating a round-table informational discussion include Dr. Khin Mar Cho, of CCE New York City’s MarketMaker Program; Beth McKellips, from Pure Catskills Watershed Agricultural Council; Kathy Kreiter of the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless; SueAnn Boyd from CCE Sullivan County’s Eat Smart New York Program; and Danielle Gaebel, market manager of the Sullivan County Farmers Market Association.
