MILFORD, PA — The Hotel Fauchere recently introduced The Paper Plate BBQ, which will be held every Friday and Saturday night until Labor Day at 5:30 p.m. in the Patisserie Fauchere.
Three types of meat will be featured: Texas-style beef brisket, Memphis-style dry rub ribs and smoked chicken. The platters starting at $12.99 will include meat, two slices of the Patisserie’s white bread and two sides of red coleslaw, baked beans or a special potato salad with German or American influences. The meat is prepared in the Fauchere’s smoker using Pike County hardwoods. Additionally, there will be daily desserts, iced tea, Boylan’s soda, wine and American craft beer.
