CLARYVILLE, NY — A dinner will be served at Neversink Farm, a small-scale organic vegetable and flower farm in the Catskills, on Saturday September 1. The gate opens at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7:30 p.m.
For one evening, straw and farm equipment will be hauled from the 150-year-old working barn and a dining environment created. James Beard Award-winning chef Patrick Connolly will prepare a multiple course meal sourced from the fields nearby and other local farms.
