Janine Edwards, Wayne County District Attorney, announced today that Kevin Gugliotta, age 55, from Mahwah, New Jersey pled guilty to Dissemination of Photos/Film of Child Sex Acts, a Felony of the 3rd Degree, for which he faces up to 7 years incarceration and a $15,000.00 fine.

Paul M. Lamson, the former Judge for the Town of Fowler Justice Court in St. Lawrence County, pleades guilty to abusing his position by giving beneficial rulings to defendants that appeared before him in exchange for sexual favors. Lamson entered guilty pleas on March 3.

Karen Feldner, age 56, of Honesdale, was arrested and arraigned today on charges of theft of Fentanyl, a felony and related charges. According to Wayne County District Attorney Janine Edwards, bail was set at $75,000 unsecured by Magistrate Linus Myers.

An al;eged Brooklyn pimp has been indicted for dismembering his girlfrien. Somorie Moses, 40, of East Flatbush was arraigned of Februar 27, after the torso of his girlfriend, Leandra Foster, was found in a landfill in the Bronx. Her hands, feet and hear were later found in Moses' apartment.
District Attorney Jim Farrell announced today that Carolos Serrano, aka Jay Menor Serrano, 24, of Monticello, N.Y. and previously of Brooklyn, N.Y. was convicted after a jury trial in Sullivan County Court of murder and related charges. Serrano was convicted after the jury deliberated for about five hours.
