District Attorney Janine Edwards announced that Moses McCrary III was sentenced to 31 months to 10 years in a State Correctional Institute today, by President Judge Raymond L. Hamill. McCrary, age 21 of Lackawaxen, PA, pleaded guilty on September 6, 2017, to Robbery (F1) and Resisting Arrest (M2).
On Wednesday October 11. 2017 at approximately 5:00 PM Sullivan County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Lupardo stopped a 2008 Chevrolet Pickup Truck that was traveling west bound on State Route 17 in the Town of Thompson, for a vehicle and traffic violation. A computer check of the driver indicated that his license was suspended.
On Friday October 6, 2017 at approximately 11:45 PM, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Patrol responded to a 911 report of shots being fired in the vicinity of 64 Maple Lane in Narrowsburg. At the location Deputy Christopher Valastro located several individuals standing next to some ATVs in the driveway.
On Friday October 6, 2017 Detectives from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jennifer Colaiacomo, 43, of the Town of Newburgh for two counts of Forgery in the 2nd degree, a class D Felony. The defendant is the owner of the Bethel Hideaway Campground Resort on Fulton Road in the Swan Lake section of the Town of Bethel.

District Attorney Jim Farrell announced today that Rickey Bolden, 37, of Monticello, N.Y. entered a plea of guilty to Murder in the 2nd Degree in Sullivan County Court on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Farrell said that Bolden admitted to intentionally causing the death of John Ferrari, 61, of Riverdale, N.J.
