HONESDALE, PA – MARCH 23, 2017

CASSANDRA RAIMO, age 26 of Lake Ariel, PA, was placed on probation for a period  of 6 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor. She was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution and continue with ongoing drug and alcohol treatment. The incident occurred on August 25, 2015, in Paupack Township, PA.

KRYSTAL MOODY, age 30 of Woodsville, NH, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 159 days nor more than 12 months for one count of Unauthorized Use of Automobiles and Other Vehicle, a Misdemeanor of the 2^nd Degree. She was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, and obtain employment within 30 days of parole. The incident occurred on July 9, 2016 through, July 11, 2016 in Sterling Township, PA.

ANTHONY FLORA, age 26 of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, and undergo a mental health evaluation. The incident occurred on October 4, 2016, in Honesdale Borough, PA.

KEVIN KINDIG, age 29 of Newport, PA, was sentenced on two separate cases, to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 48 hours nor more than 6 months for one count of Possess Small Amount-Marijuana, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor, one count of Disorderly Conduct, one count of Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicle/Property, and one count of Give False Information, all Summary Offenses. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $1,700.00, pay restitution in the amount of $3,178.31, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and perform 50 hours of community service. The incidents occurred on July 10, 2016, in Texas Township and Preston Township, PA. His BAC was .116%.

CHRISTOPHER HOGG, age 40 of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 18 months for one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, an ungraded Misdemeanor and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation . The incident occurred on May 19, 2016, in Honesdale Borough, PA.

TOM WOJTOWICZ, age 27 of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of False Swearing In Official Proceeding, a Misdemeanor of the 2^nd Degree. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $200.00, and perform 25 hours of community service. The incident occurred on July 21, 2016, in Honesdale Borough, PA.

JASON LAJOIE, age 40 of Archbald, PA, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more than 12 months for one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked, a Summary offense and one count of Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle./ Property, a Misdemeanor of the 3^rd Degree. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $6,473.33, and pay a fine in the amount of $200.00. The incident occurred on April 23, 2016, in Paupack Township, PA.

KEVIN TRIMMER, age 38 of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 1 month nor more 6 months for one count of DUI, an ungraded Misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a fine in the amount of $300.00, participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and obtain employment within 30 days of parole. The incident occurred on January 22, 2016 inPaupack Township PA. His BAC was .218%
