NARROWSBURG, NY — Join the Tusten Heritage Community Garden and the Western Sullivan Public Library in celebrating the grand opening of the community’s new seed library on Saturday, September 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch. The seed library is completely free, open to the public, and contains seeds that are local to our community. Attend a workshop to learn how to save your seeds and return them to continue the vitality of the seed library. The goal for the seed library is to provide heirloom, non-GMO seeds. If possible, please bring a donation of seeds to kick off the collection. Enjoy light refreshments and an evening at the community garden. For more information visit www.wsplonline.org, email dshute@rcls.org, or call 845/252-3360. Visit the library on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @westernsullivan.
