MILFORD, PA — This year the Milford Garden Club is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Starting off a year of celebratory events, it will hold a special luncheon on Tuesday, April 17, at 12 noon, at the Carlin Gardens Inn in Slate Hill, NY.
Kent Russell will be the featured speaker. Russell is a renowned lecturer at garden clubs and horticultural organizations up and down the East Coast, who combines expertise with a humorous approach to gardening. He has made presentations for both the Newport and Philadelphia Flower Shows and has also served as a judge at the Philadelphia show. He is a perennial gardener, nursery owner and radio personality.
