LIBERTY, NY — The Sullivan County Soil & Water Conservation district has announced its annual spring tree and shrub program. There is a wide range of species and sizes available. Ground covers, fertilizing tablets, marking flags, tree protectors and wildlife habitat housing are also available. To order, call 845/292-6552, ext. 101 and request the brochure and order blank. The application deadline is Monday, April 9. Tree pickup is Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, at the district office on Frendale-Loomis Road.
