The $4,000 scholarship is presented every year to a graduating senior who plans to pursue a career in an environmental field. Kohrs is a 2010 graduate of Honesdale High School and will attend Juniata College to major in Environmental Science. She is the daughter of Sue and Randy Kohrs of Honesdale. She is pictured here receiving her award from NEPA Scholarship Chair Christine Weigand. The funding for the scholarship is generated from the annual Arts and Crafts Festival, which was held July 17 and 18 this year.
