Chainsaw safety training offered for landowners

After completing some of the training, one landowner said, “I have now gone through GOL 1-3 training and only have #4 to take yet. I can say it was worth every penny, and made me much more comfortable with using a chainsaw and cutting some trees on my property. I also am much more familiar and confident dealing with trees that I want/need to drop in a certain direction away from other trees and against the natural lean of the tree. I think the "average forest landowner" that plans to do some of their own TSI work, firewood cutting, and other work in their woods could and would benefit from this training."

Chainsaw Safety Training, Level 1, is scheduled for September 10th or 11th. Level 2 is scheduled for October 15th or 16th.
