Regina Lukasik of Jeffersonville, NY, a homemaker and a longtime area resident, died Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Sullivan Community Adult Care Center, Liberty, NY. She was 90.
She was born June 5, 1921 in Poland.
Survivors include her granddaughter Jeanette Lukasik of Brooklyn, NY.
She is predeceased by her son, Joseph R. Lukasik.
A funeral mass was celebrated in the chapel of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA on November 29.
Burial was in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
