Jeanne Randall McCullough of New Paltz, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at her residence in New Paltz. She was 74.

Born on April 14, 1937, she was raised on the family dairy farm in Callicoon, the daughter of the late Howard and the late Tyyne (Falkenberg) Hermann. Her first husband, Healy Randall, predeceased her in 1977. She married Edward T. McCullough in 1992.

She was a member of The Reformed Church in New Paltz, serving as deaconess, a former sunday school teacher, chairwoman of the Woman’s Service and Fellowship Group (SIS) and a past secretary of the New Paltz Christian Council. She enjoyed traveling and was an outdoor enthusiast. She was an animal lover and rescued many cats from the shelter.

Jeanne is survived by her husband; daughters Mary Jeanne Randall-Dunn and husband David of Lake Katrine, NY and Sharon and husband George Grammas of New Paltz; two sisters, twin Joyce and husband Victor Brooks of Callicoon, and Helen and John Kohrs of Beach Lake, PA; brothers Henry Hermann of Callicoon and Howard and wife Carol Hermann of Loudon, TN; stepdaughters Katherine Eng of NC and Karen and husband Robert Augustine of Kingston, NY; stepsons Paul and Nancy McCullough of Lakeland, FL, Brian and Lisa McCullough of Waldwick, NJ, Edward and Keri McCullough of Moorsville, NC and Patrick and Maura McCullough of Summit, NJ; grandsons Brendan and Kyle Dunn; step-grandchildren Anna, Nicole, Megan, Alex, Mark and James; and dogs Angel and Muffy.

She is also predeceased by her sister Mary Ann and Robert White.

Funeral services were held July 31 at the New Paltz Reformed Church with the Rev. Howard Major III, officiating. Burial was in the New Paltz Rural Cemetery.
