‘All’s Well that Ends Well’

August 23, 2012

NARROWSBURG, NY — The final presentation of the Delaware Valley Opera’s season “Shakespeare Sings” will be a festive concert celebrating the poetry, theater and music based on Shakespeare’s plays on Saturday, August 25 at 8 p.m. at the Tusten Theatre.

Called “All’s Well That Ends Well,” the event will highlight dance, theatrical scenes, songs and operatic numbers presented by 10 present and past singers of the company. They will be singing songs that they especially love in an informal setting.

“This concert will be a concert like none other,” said Carol Castel, design and stage director for these operas who is also the company’s manager and artistic director. “It will be a celebration of not only the works of the great bard, but of those who had the great Shakespeare as their inspiration.”
