Massage therapist charged with indecent assault

On June 19th, 2012 Honesdale Borough Police filed charges of Indecent Assault and Harassment against Steven Anthony PEREZ, 20 years of age, of Greentown, PA.

The charges are a result of an investigation that began on April 20th, 2012 when a female victim reported to Borough Police Officers that she was fondled inappropriately, the prior day, while receiving a massage from PEREZ.

At the time the incident happened PEREZ was working as a massage therapist at a local massage parlor located in Honesdale Borough.

This case has been scheduled for Central Court on Wednesday July 18th, 2012 at 9AM.
