Fort Delaware Museum of Colonial History: Paul Brennan as George Washington offers a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence to costumed interpreters of Cushetunk settlers, noon; John Conway speaks on the Declaration of Independence & the Upper Delaware river valley, 12:30pm; candle making, blacksmithing, spinning, weaving, musketry & gardening demonstrations, 2pm.
