Liberty Troopers arrest Youngsville man for DWI after finding a car in a dirt embankment in the Town of Liberty

On February 18, 2012, State Police in Liberty arrested a man for DWI after locating a vehicle in a dirt embankment in the Town of Liberty. Ronald Dutcher, a 41 year old Youngsville resident, was travelling on Cooley Road when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a dirt embankment. Dutcher was arrested and charged with DWI and processed at the State Police barracks in Liberty. He is to appear in the Town of Liberty Court on February 21.
