Roads closed due to flooding in Wayne, Pike, Sullivan 2:00 pm

This is a list of road closures due to flooding and downed power lines caused by the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) advises drivers state roads may be closed or restricted in North Eastern Pennsylvania because of flooding and/or downed trees and power lines.
SR 1014 (Masthope Plank Road) is closed in both directions between St Vincents Point Road and SR 590 in Lackawaxen
SR 196 is closed in both directions between Keystone Road in Lake and PA 296 (Easton Tpk/Gravity Hill Road) in South Canaan
SR 296 is closed in both directions between Old Tannery Road in Lake and Mid Valley Road in South Canaan
SR 1011 is closed in both directions between Perkins Pond Road and Gobblers Knob Lane in Berlin
SR 3018 (St. Tikhon Rd/Davitt Rd/Cortez Rd) is closed in both directions between Miller Road in South Canaan and Keystone Road in Lake Township
SR 3024 (Tannery/Middle Creek/Old Tannery Rd) is closed in both directions between Gravity Road and PA 191 (Lake Ariel Hwy) in Cherry Ridge.
SR 3034 (Mid Valley Road) is closed in both directions between Cortez Road and Easton Tpk in South Canaan
SR 4009 (Dug Road) is closed in both directions between SR 191 and Ash Street/Upper Woods Road in Dyberry
As of 2:00 pm, the Division of Public Works reported the following:
County Road closed:
CR 163 Yankee Lake Road (Tree in wires - still waiting for O&R since called in at 7 AM)
The following County Road is passable:
CR 164 Currently passable and it should be fully operational by the end of the day. (Serious wash-out near Bauernfeind Road has been repaired.)
During the storm all County residents are urged to remain indoors and off roadways whenever possible. If residents must drive, they are advised to exercise extreme caution when driving through this storm, and to pay special attention not to drive through pooling or standing water. If there are flood conditions on a roadway, please do not travel through the water.
