July 30, 2014 —
HAWLEY, PA — The 45th annual antique show and sale hosted by the Wayne, Pike, Sullivan Antique Dealers Association (WPSADA) will be held at the Wallenpaupack Area High School on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Quality dealers from throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic will be on hand with an extensive and varied array of merchandise. There will be pottery, painting and prints, vintage linens and clothing, jewelry, furniture, paper items and glassware. Many dealers return to this exhibit year after year, and set aside special items to be offered. Jack Dakey and Rosemary Fritz, hailing from Allentown, always have a number of examples of Dorflinger glass available, along with other pieces of highly desirable cut glass. Many participants specialize in selected categories, while others offer a general line of wares.
The admission fee is $6. Proceeds benefit historical, educational, and preservation efforts and organizations in the tri-state area WPSADA serves. For more information visit www.WPSADA.com, or call 570/226-7513.
