‘Dairy Delights Contest’ to be held

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Dairy Princess Court will hold a “Dairy Delights” snack and dessert contest on Monday, February 17 in conjunction with the Wayne-Sullivan Dairy Ag Day at Honesdale High School.

Participants can enter only one dish per category: butter, cheese, or yogurt. The recipe must be included and attached to the dish with name and contact information. Disposable containers are highly recommended.

All entries must be brought to the cafeteria by 11 a.m. An entry form will be available upon drop-off. Judging will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Winners will be announced at noon. The public is invited to sample entries after the judging. Dairy Princess Court members, committee members and judges cannot participate. One winner from each category will receive a prize basket presented by court members
