Parksville Music Festival moves to Dead End Café

July 2, 2013

PARKSVILLE, NY — Although it’s no longer a restaurant, the Dead End Café will reopen as a performance space on Sunday, July 7 welcoming (U)nity, an American Cuban jazz ensemble, performing as part of Sullivan County’s newest summer music festival, Parksville USA Music Festival. The music series launched in the spring at the Parksville Methodist Church, but is now moving to this new location.

The music series is sponsored by the Michele Koury Caltabellotta Foundation and features a concert on the first Sunday of each month through October. Several of the 2013 concerts feature The Lyric Quartet.

Tickets cost $18 and are available at the door or in advance at Floyd and Bobo’s Bakery in Liberty. Refreshments will be served after the concerts. For information, visit www.parksvilleusa.com, or call 845/747-4247, or email mistermichele@owly.com.
