Qigong, often called the secret of youth and longevity, is a pleasurable activity to relieve stress. It’s easier than Yoga and not as strenuous as weight lifting. The benefits of daily practice are wide ranging. Each class session will consist of a warm up, stretching, Qigong exercises and Qigong self massage. No special equipment or large space is needed for daily practice. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a towel.
