Arrest made in Kenoza Lake burglary

On December 24th, 2012, the New York State Police at Liberty arrested ADAM ROBERTS, age 27 of White Sulphur Springs for Burglary in the first degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.
On December 23rd, State Police at Liberty were called to a residence on Miller Road in Kenoza Lake for a report of a residential burglary. An investigation into the burglary revealed that ROBERTS had entered the home while armed and removed two-hundred dollars in cash. At the time of his arrest, ROBERTS was found in possession of a dagger and a crack cocaine smoking pipe. Roberts was arraigned in Town of Delaware Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail.
