Arrests in Beach Lake for assault and tresspass, victim treated for head trauma

A party in Beach Lake, PA turned into a serious confrontation that left three men from Texes under arrest and led to a life-flgiht to a hospital for medical treatement of a Beach Lake resident.

A group of young people from Texas left a party in Beach Lake at about 10:30 pm on Sunday evening.

According to Pennsylvania Statte Police,Brenden Robinson, 20, from Texas, was driving away from the party when he ended up in a ditch. He called to his brother, Braiden Robinson, 22, also from Texas,to come to his aide because there was going to be a fight.

The police report says Braiden and two oters others arrived back at the scene just as Brenden was struck by a truck driven by Andrew Rolser, 22, of Beach Lake.

One man stayed at the scene to call 911, while Braiden and his friends followed Rosler to his residence where the met Rosler holding a pistol. Rosler's mother, father and gilrfried were in the garage and the garage door was opened.

According to the report, the senior Rosler told the three young men from Texas to leave the scene but they refused to do so. At one point Braiden chest-bumped the senior Rosler, and punched him in the face. The senior Rosler was able to deflect a second punch.

According to the police account, the senior Rosler then backed off, an Rosler got rid of the gun. But as he was coming back inot the garage, Rosler and Braiden had an altercation and Braiden punched Rosler about the head and injured.

The three men from Texas then left, and Rosler was life-flighted to CMC to be treated for head trauma.

Braiden was later arrested on assault charges, and sent to Wayne County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail, and Jordan Williams, 18, Texas, and Jaret Bozeman 20 Texas, arrested for trespass, and bail was set at $15,000.
