DUNMORE, PA — During the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s “Click It or Ticket” campaign, the Pennsylvania State Police will be conducting free child safety seat checks. This year’s “Click It or Ticket” campaign runs through Sunday, November 29.
The Pennsylvania State Police Troop R will conduct a free child safety seat check on Saturday, November 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dunmore Pennsylvania State Police Barracks.
All parents and caregivers are urged to attend a child safety seat check to insure that their child’s safety seat is properly installed. Certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technicians will inspect the seat and assist in making any needed corrections. They will also help to educate the public on the proper seat to use.
