Of one mind in Cochecton

Richardson also announced that the Cochecton Preservation Society has scheduled Maas, Bill Grund, and Helene Indelicato as guest speakers for its meeting on Sunday, September 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Old Cochecton Railroad Station on Route 97. He urged the public to attend, promising refreshments and a good time. He also mentioned that the preservation society is hoping to partner with historical societies on both sides of the Delaware, from Basket to Tusten, and will begin brainstorming partnership projects before the society begins its winter hiatus.

When Maas threw the floor open to public comment, the Cochecton Men’s Club announced that it will be holding a take-out chicken barbecue on Saturday, September 21. Tickets are available at the Milanville General Store and Cochecton Mills.

Maas recessed the meeting until its special meeting on September 25.
