February 17, 2012

TOWN OF TUSTEN, NY -- One of this winter's few snowfalls put motorists in the Upper Delaware at considerable risk as the region received mixed precipitation ranging from rain to icy sleet to slushy snow on February 16. This accident occurred on Route 97 just above the confluence of the Delaware River and Ten Mile River. Crews were still working to clear the roadway when this picture was taken at approximately 4:45 p.m.
