Regional activists have responded to the April 11 cover of TIME magazine with this image. The original cover depicts a shale clump and declares: “This rock could power the world: Why shale can solve the energy crisis.” The proposed cover depicts a glass of water and declares: “This water will save the world: Why water can solve the moral crisis.”
