REGION — There are dozens of uncontested local races in Sullivan, Pike and Wayne counties, leading to a smaller-than-usual crop of election signs in the region. Spots normally overflowing with political messages, like the intersection of Route 55 and Route 17B in Bethel, this year host only a few.
