HAWLEY, PA — Ben Franklin re-enactor Brian Patrick Mulligan will be appearing in Wayne County schools and events during the first week of November. “Mr. Franklin” has been invited by the Wayne County Community Foundation, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary and presenting its annual Ben Franklin Award at its banquet on Nov. 5 in Hawley.
