What a weekend I had! I went down to Queens for Tommy’s sisters daughters 30th Birthday. On my way down I stopped to visit Fr. Bill. He is doing pretty good. He sends his love to all; if you would like to send him a Christmas card his address is 2 Morris Rd, Ringwood, NJ 07456. On Saturday afternoon, I hooked up with Judy Yavarkovsky and we went to visit Jerry, who is in a rehab in Queens. Jerry is doing much better, and he should be coming home in a few weeks. Jerry is going to have to be on kidney dialysis for the rest of his life. If you would like to send him a card his address is The Pavilion, 36-17 Parsons Blvd, Room 905, Flushing, NY 11354.

It’s sad to say without Dolores Manisiri as Queen Mum for the Lake Huntington/ Narrowsburg Red Hatters is being disbanded. The money the Red Hatters had in their account is being divided between the Women’s Club, the Narrowsburg Food Pantry and the Lake Huntington Ambulance. Sorry to see it go. The ladies of The Woman’s Club of Cochecton went to The Stone Arch for their Christmas Holiday party.  There were 14 of us we had fun and the food was pretty good. Thank you to Pam DeMan for setting it up.

Santa will be at the Tusten town hall 5-6/7pm; December 9 Santa will be at the Tusten tree lighting at 5pm on Main Street; on December 10, Santa express will be in front of The Narrowsburg Union at 7pm. The Narrowsburg Diner will have Santa on Dec 16 from 10-1 please RSVP by Dec 14 845-252-9921.   If you want to have a fabulous time with the Santa express go to the facebook page, facebook.com/santaexpress, for all his visits to neighboring towns.

Keep smiling and have a great week, and you can e-mail me at leeniebeans@citlink.net or call 845-252-3568 if you have any news. You can always check me out at riverreporter.com in Community Living.
