I do not believe “fierce opposition” to commercial solar as stated in “Solar storm” by Bruce Ferguson in the January 12 issue is a fair label for what I would call committed participation in community planning.
Some omissions in that property tax explanation
Thomas Paine’s words, “These are the times that try men’s souls,” are very fitting for what we are now experiencing with this President-elect. Since I started voting in the 1960s I cannot remember a presidential election that has traumatized me and over half the country more than this one.
Shalom Lamm and his alleged co-conspirators deserve their day in court; an indictment isn’t a finding of guilt. If FBI charges against them prove true, however, the real losers won’t be those charged.

What happened to the most votes winning?
During the summer, I wrote publicly several reasons why Donald Trump would never be President of the United States. My reasoning was based on the outcome of an expected election—you know, the kind of thing where the person who gets the most votes wins.
