DELAWARE VALLEY The Delaware Valley Central School (DVCS) football team has just completed one of its finest seasons. DVCS won the divisional, sectional and regional titles. The team lost in the semi-finals to Lake George, 30-26, but finished overall as the fifth ranked team in New York State. Behind some great team blocking, Fred Riullano broke seven state records: career rushing 6,627, career touchdowns 92, career points 68A; seasonal records for rushing 2,833, touchdowns 42, points 282; and had eight 200-yard games. For his efforts Fred was chosen for the Chase-Heisman All Star Team. The Daily News, Madison Square Network and the Downtown Touchdown Club named him twice as the Tri-State Player of the Week. The Times Herald Record named him Tri-County Player of the Year. Fred was also named New York State Class D Player of the Year. Nick Graby, Ian Long and Nick Riullano were also named to the Times Herald Record all star team. Nick Graby and Fred Riullano were chosen by the New York State Coach's Association to play in the Governor's Bowl game at Rutger's Stadium in July. And the New York State Sportswriters Association chose Nick Graby and Fred Riulliano to the first team All State Team. Other members of this year's winning team were: Lee Forsboom, Jeff Molusky, Cody Bojo, Ian Detch, Nick Noble, Justin Peake, Paul Barrett, Josh Duffy, William Reichmann, Norm Bauer, Mathew Kitson, Dustin Long, Josh Long, Ryan Schumacher, Dan Segar, Emanuel Toledo, Jim Kearns, Chris Bouillon, Brad Haberli and Tony DiVesti.
