Three artists featured at Starlight Lake
STARLIGHT LAKE, PAThis watercolor by Dolores Bentham is one of those on display for the month of November at the Inn at Starlight Lake. The works of three members of the Big D Arts and Crafts League are featured. NARROWSBURG, NYArt in Sixes, an exhibition of small works by local artists, opens at the Delaware Arts Centers Alliance Gallery on Saturday, November 20, with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. The exhibit will be on view through December 22.

Honesdale for the Holidays
HONESDALE, PAHonesdales annual holiday fling, Honesdale for the Holidays, is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, November 26 and 27.
The Fred Miller Pavilion on Main Street will be alive with holiday music on Friday and Saturday, with DJ Tom Emanski, from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m., sponsored by RE/MAX Wayne and Meagher Auction Services.
Friday, November 26 will also feature Honesdales annual Santa Parade. The parade, which kicks off at 6 p.m., starts at Main and Fourth streets, proceeds up Main Street, turns right on Tenth Street and proceeds to Honesdales Central Park.

Helping Hands
Grade schoolers collect food for local food pantries
GLEN SPEY, NYDuring the month of October, MacKenzie Elementary first- and second-graders, along with the Eldred Central School Faculty Association, collected over 300 canned goods. The goods were donated to two local food pantries at the United Methodist Pond Eddy Church and St. Anthonys Church in Yulan.
