Boat safety course to be offered

GREENTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission will conduct a Boating and Water Safety Awareness (BWSA) Instructor Course at Promised Land State Park. It provides both classroom and in-water work.

The course will be from 9 am to 5 pm on September 9 and from 10 am to 2 pm on September 10. Participants will have the opportunity to become instructors of the BWSA course and may apply for a Boating Safety Education Certificate for $10 at the end of the course.
