HAWLEY, PA—The Lake Region will bustle with outdoors activities, music and crafts vendors during Wally Lake Fest, from Friday, August 27 through Sunday, August 29. Festival events will be located throughout the area, including the Lake Wallenpaupack Visitors Center, downtown Hawley, the new Lake Wallenpaupack Nature Trail, area businesses and the lake itself.

Performance kicks off Buffon exhibit

CALLICOON, NY—Callicoon Fine Arts will present an exhibition of paintings and drawings by Nicholas Buffon, “Lily Pad Paintings,” from Saturday, September 4 through October 18. There will be an opening reception, featuring a performance by Buffon, on September 4 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the gallery at 27 Lower Main Street, upstairs, in Callicoon.
