RANDI L. HABERLI
Randi L. Haberli (nee Holm) of Hankins, NY, died Thursday, April 29, 2010.
She was the daughter of Jean and the late Dick Holm, formerly of Park Ridge, NJ.
Randi was an elementary school teacher before having children. She then was a teacher and director of nursery school and daycare facilities. In later years she took care of family and friends children in private settings. Her love and devotion to children was her life. Even with her disability later in life, she enjoyed life to the fullest. We will miss her beautiful smile, laughter, and wonderful sense of humor.
Devoted mother of daughter Ryann Haberli and partner Brian Biro of Corning, NY; son Brad Michael Haberli of Jeffersonville, NY; sister of Rick Holm and wife Cheryl and Jim Holm, all of Park Ridge, NJ; aunt of Kristin, Gary, Jessica, and Brenden Holm, Megan, Eric, Jackson, Alex and the entire Haberli Family.
Donations may be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation or Hospice of Rockland County.

MARY JANE LACKEMANN
Mary Jane (Warden) Lackemann of Monticello, NY, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at home after a short illness. She was 87.
She was born October 21, 1922 in Hornell, NY, to Percy and Emily Bartle. She was a graduate of Eldred Central School, and worked as the postmaster in Yulan, NY.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Monticello and a volunteer at the church thrift shop, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of Eldred, NY and of the Retired Postmasters Association. She was active in the Monticello Senior Citizens group.
She is survived by her children, John Scotty Warden and wife Luanna of Maryville TN, Susan FitzPatrick of Eagleville, PA, Nora Hughson and husband Mike of Monticello, NY and Phyllis Monteleone and husband Frank of Eldred, NY; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her brother Harrison Bartle of Albany, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husbands John Warden Jr., and George Lackemann; and her brother Franklin Bartle of Eldred, NY.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello, NY, on Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

DOROTHY F. LINDBLAD
Dorothy F. (nee-Michel) Lindblad passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Troy Hills Center in Parsippany, NJ. She was 88.
Dorothy was born in New Brunswick, NJ. She spent her childhood in West Orange and raised her family in Wayne before retiring in Lackawaxen, PA. Dorothy was secretary to the superintendent of schools for the Wayne Board of Education before retiring in 1985.
She was a member of St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Lackawaxen, PA and was a sunday school teacher, youth choir director and secretary to the church council.
Survivors include her son Paul and wife Cindy; daughter-in-law Starlet; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Harry B.; and her children Carl D. and Karen L. Dunsmore.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Restland Memorial Park Chapel, 77 De Forest Avenue, East Hanover, NJ.

PATRICIA M. MULLIGAN
Patricia M. Mulligan of Smallwood, NY passed away at home on Saturday May 1, 2010 after a long battle with cancer. She was 53.
The daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Dicks Fallon, she was born on February 23, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY.
Patricia was a member of St. Josephs Church in Mongaup Valley, NY. She was retired from her position as a Quality Assurance Evaluator at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Michael Mulligan at home; sons Franklin Riveria and wife Melissa of Dover, DE, Daniel Foschino of Smallwood and Michael Mulligan and wife Jessica of Liberty, NY; daughters Jessica Foschino of Kauneonga Lake, NY, Mary Mulligan Estrin of Greenwich, CT and Janine Saltzman and husband Craig of Longmeadow, MA; brother Richard Dicks of Boston; sisters Wendy Fallon of Hyde Park, NY, Holly Fiedy and husband Nader of Livermore, CA, Bonnie Reilly and husband Patrick of New Milford, PA; grandchildren Ashley Mulligan, Julia Rose Saltzman, Samantha Saltzman and Mariel Estrin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Debra A. Fallon of White Lake.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Josephs Church in Mongaup Valley on Thursday, May 6, at 10:00 a.m., with Fr. John Tran officiating.
HAROLD A. NUBILE
Harold A. Nubile of Sparrowbush, NY, passed away Sunday May 2, 2010 at his home. He was 74.
He was born on February 3, 1936 in the Bronx, the son of the late Vincent and Concetta Cimillo Nubile.
Harold was the retired co-owner of the Hawks Nest Restaurant in Sparrowbush.
He is survived by his long time partner, Peter Fletcher of Sparrowbush; brothers Andrew Nubile and wife Joy of Waldwick, NJ, Paul Nubile of Ocala, FL, Vincent Nubile and wife Barbara of Teaneck, NJ, Joseph Nubile and wife Peggy of Dumont, NJ, Thomas Nubile and wife Barbara of Silver Spring, MD; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

EDWARD WILLIAM PRIEST
Edward William Priest of Honesdale, PA passed away on April 21, 2010 at home. He was 93.
Edward was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Frank and Emilia Zimmennann Priest.
He served in the army during World War II and was a freight handler for Railway Express before retiring. He formerly lived in Ridgewood, NY before moving to Narrowsburg, NY and then Honesdale, PA.
He loved to paint and was a noted area artist. Recently, his paintings were on display at the Wayne County Court House.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Marion Rister Priest; children Martha Scott of South Carolina, Virginia McCroy and husband Dennis of Las Vegas, Carol Healy and husband Dennis of Arizona and Kathleen Schenk of Narrowsburg; 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by daughters Patricia Ann Baiarunas and Elaine Marie Priest.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
JOHN C. RATHJEN
John C. Rathjen of Beach Lake, PA, a retired bookkeeper for the New York City Electrical Union, died Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was 76.
The son of the late John H. and Helen Josephine Moore Rathjen, he was born June 29, 1933 in Brooklyn. He was a member of the New York City Electrical Union.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, ElizabethBetty Rathjen of Beach Lake; two sons, Brian Rathjen and wife Shira of Newton, NJ and Craig Rathjen and wife Marcia of Wayne, NJ; grandson Brian Rathjen Jr.; granddaughters Sydney and Isabelle; brother James Rathjen of Vermont; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
John is predeceased by one brother, Robert Rathjen.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Burial will take place at St. Johns Cemetery, New York City.
HILDA RECK
Hilda Reck of Lake Ariel, PA and a longtime resident of the area, passed away at VNA Hospice, Scranton, PA on Monday, May 3, 2010. She was 73.
The daughter of the late Carl and Hilda Drexler, she was born in Barryville, NY on March 2, 1937.
She was married to Raymond Reck Sr. for 50 years.
A family statement read, Hilda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved gardening and bird watching, but the most important thing to her in life was her family. She will greatly be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband; five children, Denise Merritt of Colorado, Raymond Reck II of New Jersey, Raymond Reck III, William Reck and John Paul Reck, all of Lake Ariel; several grandchildren; sisters Nancy Meyers and Alice Nardone, both of Virginia; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is predeceased by two children, Michael and Veronica; and a brother, Cad.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, May 5 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Anns R.C. Church Shohola, PA. Christian burial followed in Glen Cove Cemetery, Narrowsburg, NY.
OLGA SIROKI
Olga Siroki of Shohola, PA passed away at Belle Reve Senior Living Center, Milford, PA on Monday, April 26, 2010. She was 87.
She was born February 12, 1923 in Jersey City, NJ.
She was a retired office worker for Western Electric, Jersey City. Mrs. Siroki was a member of the St. Anns Church, Shohola. She was married to the late Joseph N. Siroki, who predeceased her on June 14, 2009.
Survivors include her sister Kay Brodel of Bayonne, NJ; nephew Dennis Brodel of Bayonne; and brother-in-law John Siroki and wife Tana of Finleyville, NJ.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Anns Church, Shohola, on Friday, April 30, 2010 with Rev. Thomas Major officiating.
Burial took place in St. Anns Cemetery, Shohola.
