Upper Delaware Council elects officers

The Upper Delaware Council held its annual reorganizational meeting on January 7 in Narrowsburg, NY. Elected as 2010 officers were, seated from the left: secretary-treasurer John B. Niflot, Town of Fremont; chairperson Harold G. Roeder, Jr., Town of Delaware; and vice-chairperson Dolores A. Keesler, Damascus Township.
