Choo Choo Charlies on Main Street
LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY Trains and nostalgic scenes are on display in Main Street windows through Sunday, January 3 as part of the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce Holiday Trains on Main. This nostalgic trip features handmade model trains of all sizes, from a two-foot-by-four-foot N-scale layout to a 17-foot-by-eight-foot standard-scale. The trains are in motion from Thursday through Monday, 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.
The 5th Annual Livingston Manor Boxcar of Booty filled with gifts donated by local businesses, gives additional incentive to shop locally. The more you shop, the better your chances of winning one of three grand prizes, which will be drawn on December 24.

Benefit holiday concerts
MILFORD, PA Two concerts hosted by the Church of the Good Shepherd and St. John the Evangelist will be held at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 5th and Catherine streets. The first, on Friday, December 18 at 7:00 p.m., will feature Chris Prestia, Good Shepherd Church organist, and the High Point Regional High School Chamber Singers directed by Theresa Riccardi, and will equally benefit the Church of the Good Shepherds organ fund and the High Point Chamber Singers spring trip fund. Prestia will perform a varied set of organ pieces, and the locally famous Chamber Singers will perform a heart-stirring set of Christmas carols.
In the second concert, on Sunday, December 20 at 4:00 p.m., the churches will give their Christmas gift to the community through a service of Christmas Lessons and Carols. The service will consist of nine Bible readings, each followed by a Christmas carol or choir anthem that reflects the meaning of each lesson. The Good Shepherd Church choir, directed by Chris Prestia, will lead the service.
Breakfast with Santa
CALLICOON, NY The Sullivan West Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D.) will be holding a Breakfast with Santa at Landers River Café in on Saturday, December 19. Santa will be there from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. There will also be craft tables set up for the children to make holiday crafts.
