Plein air artists to exhibit at Grey Towers for the holidays

MILFORD, PA — Thelma McCarty concentrates on watercolor technique during a “Come Paint with Me” session at Grey Towers National Historic Site earlier this year. The annual “Come Paint with Me” holiday art exhibit currently at Grey Towers features artists and lovers of nature like McCarty who enjoy painting in the outdoors, and frequently come to Grey Towers for their plein air sessions. Their paintings and drawings will be on display from now through the end of January. Holiday open house tours that include the art exhibit are scheduled for December 13, 19 and 20 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and are free. For other tours during the season, regular tour fees apply.
