A quilt for animal lovers

HONESDALE, PA — This quilt, hand-crafted with a dog and cat motif by Gail Tenbus, is being raffled for the benefit of the Olga & Dorothea Dessin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, with tickets costing $3 each or two for $5. The raffle will run through Thursday, December 17, when there will be a drawing. Tickets can be purchased during regular business hours at The Cat’s Pajamas, located at 107 8th Street in Honesdale, and also at Dessin Animal Shelter, 136 Miller Road in Honesdale, as well as at several community businesses.
