Quilt raffle to benefit library

HAWLEY, PA — The Hawley Public Library will benefit from over 2,000 hours of hand quilting by the Friends with a Heart. They created this queen-size Tennessee Waltz quilt, which they then turned over to the Friends of the Hawley Library. Burgundy and white with a variety of other jewel-tone colors, the quilt is on display at the library and is being raffled off by the Library Friends with the drawing set for Winterfest Weekend in Hawley, December 11, 12, and 13. Tickets cost $2 each or five for $10, with proceeds going to the Hawley Public Library and its service to the community.
