Halloween Parade
CALLICOON, NY — These two little munchkins missed Oz but ended up at the Children’s Halloween Parade and Party at the Delaware Youth Center in Callicoon. This year’s party will be held on Saturday, October 31 at 1:00 p.m., followed by games and treats. Parade line-up is at 12:45 p.m. behind the library. In case of rain go directly to the youth center. 845/887-5839.

Halloween dance

CALLICOON, NY—The Delaware Community Center in Callicoon will hold its annual Halloween dance on Saturday, October 24 from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Enjoy classic rock with Albi, Darren & BJ. A $12 donation is requested, $10 for those in costume. Proceeds will benefit a winter pool cover for the center. Bring your own refreshments. There will be prizes for the best costumes.

Moran featured at one-night-only event

HIGHLAND LAKE, NY—“Eden: The Dark Side of Paradise,” a night of art installations, projections, junk food and spoken word tunes by Laura E. J. Moran and the Trashy Snack Band, will play for one night only on October 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the NACL Theatre.
