What’s hiding behind those ‘closed doors’ on Safe Haven house tour?

MILFORD, PA — Tickets for Safe Haven’s 11th annual “Behind Closed Doors” house tour on Sunday, September 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. are now on sale. Tickets are available in Milford at Bodies in Balance at 100 Wheatfield Drive, Patina at 320 Broad Street, Weichert Realtors at 406 W. Harford Street, and Safe Haven at 500 W. Harford Street, or call Safe Haven at 570/296-2827.

Attendees are invited to join Safe Haven for a morning snack when they pick up their house tour booklets (including map) the morning of the tour at the Community House in Milford, and all are invited to gather at the final destination for complimentary refreshments. Tickets will also be sold in front of the Community House in Milford the morning of the tour. House tour tickets are available for a donation of $25 per ticket.

The new collection of homes on the Behind Closed Doors tour is always a surprise. People who open their homes for the Safe Haven House Tour are typically eager to promote peace in our community. The houses on the tour may be huge and grand, or a cozy country cottage with something interesting to discover. For some, it’s the view; for others, it’s an outstanding antique collection, unusual decorating scheme, or even some historical significance.

Safe Haven, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to restoring dignity to victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. For more information visit safehavenofpikecounty.org.
