Arresting arthropods
Behold the beauty to be found at our feet. Or buzzing about our heads. Or feasting in our gardens. While it is easy to appreciate the attractiveness of insects such as butterflies, nature regales us with many marvelous arthropods (invertebrates with external skeletons, segmented bodies and jointed appendages), which include insects, arachnids, crustaceans and more. Arthropods have successfully adapted to land, water and air.
