French wine and food tasting benefits library

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Public Library will hold its annual benefit fundraiser, “In Good Taste,” an evening of French wine and food tasting, on Friday, July 10 at Wayne County Ford on Route 6.

Six French varieties will be poured paired with hors d’oeuvres and complemented by a buffet assortment of appetizers. Recording artist Kathy Jenkins will entertain and Robert Ott will present details regarding each wine. Additional servings will be available for purchase.

Beer and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price. Barring a sell-out, tickets will be available at the door for $30. Proceeds benefit the Wayne County Public Library. Individual tickets on sale at the library for $25; cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
