Historical society provides Food for Thought
HONESDALE, PA The Wayne County Historical Society is presenting a series of talks on Wayne Countys history called Food for Thought. All talks are from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room at the museum at 810 Main Street.
The next talk will be on Saturday, June 6, titled Jones & Roa Expedition, Honesdale, PA to Kingston, NY, presented by Darren Jones and Ryan Roa. Other talks will include A Stage Coach Ride from Newburgh, NY, across Wayne County, by Mary Curtis, on Saturday, June 20; The Stourbridge Lion, by Ken Sproson, on Saturday, August 8; and The Irving Cliff Hotel Fire: The Real Story, by Christine San Jose on Saturday, September 5.
